This two full-day course equips senior leaders with the skills and strategies to apply AI for both immediate productivity gains and long-term organizational impact. Delivered virtually through WashU’s Olin Business School Center for Analytics and Business Insights, the program blends live demonstrations, hands-on assignments, and collaborative reflection to ensure practical learning. Across two full-day sessions spaced two weeks apart, participants will explore Copilot’s role in data visualization and analysis, prompt engineering for high-quality output, executive storytelling, Teams and Outlook integration for streamlined meeting preparation, governance, and decision support. Moving from foundational skills to advanced multi-application workflows, the course emphasizes ethical adoption, change leadership, and board-level communication. By the end, leaders will leave with practical assets, adoption frameworks, and a clear roadmap for driving AI-powered transformation.

About the Instructor

Tim Warner is a Microsoft MVP, Pluralsight Principal Author, and enterprise educator with over 25 years of experience helping organizations adopt cloud and AI technologies. He specializes in turning generative AI and Microsoft Copilot from buzz into business value, drawing on deep expertise in IT architecture, developer productivity, and technical training. Tim has written for top technology publishers, designed courses that have reached millions worldwide, and is known for making complex tools approachable and immediately useful. Based in Nashville, he balances teaching with raising a teenager and collecting vintage guitars.
