About the Presenter:
Paul Boal is a recognized leader in healthcare data analytics and AI, dedicated to helping organizations leverage their data and wisdom to transform clinical and business outcomes. Currently an account executive with Snowflake’s Healthcare Customer Success team, Paul partners with industry leaders to dismantle data silos, apply AI capabilities, and accelerate transformation.
With over 25 years of experience, Paul has held a variety of roles from front-line builder to data analytics leader at Mercy to healthcare consulting executive as VP of Data Analytics and Innovation at Amitech Solutions. His career is defined by a commitment to "smarter decisions," using data governance, applied analytics, and innovative AI solutions to drive strategic business improvement in complex healthcare environments.
A passionate educator, Paul is also an Adjunct Instructor at Washington University and Saint Louis University, where he develops and teaches graduate-level courses in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Health Data Science. He also serves as Board President of the Arch Data Network, fostering excellence within the St. Louis data and AI professional community.
