Accommodations
A 40-room block has been reserved at the Graduate Hotel for two nights, with check-in on April 30 and check-out on May 2, 2026. Guests may extend their stay at the discounted rate of $169 per night by contacting Lillian Deak at 502-489-3737 or by email. Reservations must be made by March 31, as the room block will be released on April 1. You can make a reservation through this link. The University of Washington, Seattle is approximatley a 10-mintue walk from the hotel.
Parking
If you are driving to campus, we recommend parking in lots N01, N05 or the Cental Parking Garage (CPG).
