The Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Conference brings together researchers and practitioners committed to staying at the forefront of financial planning and capital markets, with the shared goal of advancing innovative strategies that better serve and anticipate evolving client needs. The conference features emerging research and discussion by industry experts, with the goals of providing timely, real-world insights and facilitating access to actionable research for wealth advisors, industry leaders, investment professionals, faculty, and students.
Conference attendees include:
- Asset managers across various asset classes
- Wealth managers (RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers and asset consulting firms)
- Asset pricing researchers from universities and industry
- Professionals responsible for asset allocation and pension and endowment management
- High-net-worth advisors and family offices
- WashU and other university students enrolled in various finance programs
The Wealth and Asset Management Conference supports Olin’s Wealth and Asset Management Master of Science in Finance program, now in its tenth year. It highlights the vibrancy of St. Louis’ financial services sector and its integration into the student experience at WashU Olin. Faculty members at Olin partner with industry leaders Edward Jones, Moneta, and the local St. Louis CFA Society to secure speakers and advise on content. Olin would like to thank the Wealth and Asset Management Steering Committee, made up of leaders across many leading firms in St. Louis for securing and creating the agenda for this year's conference.
